The Office Receptionist will serve as the initial point of contact for visitors, employees and clients. This role is pivotal in ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and efficient front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
- Managing incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals, and taking messages.
- Handling general administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing office resources.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain security protocols, including issuing visitor badges and monitoring logbooks.
- Managing office inventory, such as stationery, equipment, and furniture.
- Coordinating internal and external events, ensuring all logistical details are managed efficiently.
