What are the responsibilities and job description for the QA/QC Coordinator position at MIRATECH Corporation?
What You'll Do:
- Develop and implement quality processes
- Perform regular inspections and audits of products, processes, and systems on internal processes.
- Perform regular inspections and audits of products, processes, and systems on our vendors and suppliers.
- Review and approve quality assurance documentation including test reports, specifications, and compliance reports.
- Ensure all products meet regulatory and company standards before delivery.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify potential quality issues and offer solutions.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of inspections, testing, and audits.
- Assist in the creation and update of quality standards and guidelines.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on quality control procedures.
- Report non-conformities and work with the team to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure proper calibration of all testing and measuring equipment.
How to Qualify:
- High school diploma
- Two-year Technical degree, preferred
- 5 years of experience in quality control
- Extensive experience with steel fabrication, welding, and assembly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers, sales, and cross-functional teams
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
