Job Description
We are looking for a Business Architect with expertise in Genesys On-Prem (Routing and Desktop) solutions to join our engagement. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting technology teams with insights and Operational Readiness (ORx) to ensure the successful implementation and optimization of communication platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of technical solutions, and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear business terms. They should also be comfortable leading demos, designing call flows, and providing strategic insights to enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Work independently to solve complex problems with minimal guidance, ensuring smooth project execution.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and effective technical solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Design and build call flows to enhance customer interactions, optimize efficiency, and improve user experience.
- Support Genesys and Live Person steady-state operations and enhancement requests, ensuring seamless functionality.
- Collaborate with Release Train Engineers (RTEs) and Business Analysts (BAs) to align technology solutions with business objectives.
- Potentially assist with Amazon Connect migrations, ensuring smooth transitions and integration.
- Lead demos and stakeholder presentations to showcase solutions, gather feedback, and drive adoption.
Qualifications
- 5 years in Genesys On-Prem (Routing and Desktop) with hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing solutions.
- Familiarity with Amazon Connect and the ability to support potential migration projects.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing call flows to improve customer interactions and operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to translate business needs into scalable and effective technology solutions.
- Experience delivering demos and presentations to stakeholders, showcasing solutions, and gathering feedback.
- Background in Project Management, Release Train Engineering (RTE), Scrum Master, or Product Management with experience in Agile environments.
