How You Care for Our Patients As the Nursing Supervisor, you will have administrative responsibility formanaging staff, overseeing patient care, and ensuring adherence to establishedpolicies and procedures. You will be a liaison between staff, patients, andthe patients families, as well as between staff and physicians. You will beresponsible for coverage of the Nursing Department, other hospitaldepartments, and the hospital in general during designated shifts. - Valid RN license in Massachusetts, BSN preferred
- Advanced knowledge of behavioral health and substance abuse treatment modalities
- Understanding of the Trauma-Informed Recovery model of care
- Valid CPR certification
