System Engineers at Mirazon are responsible for managing technology on behalf of our customers while ensuring best practices are maintained, Service Level Agreements are met, and in a manner consistent with the company's positive organizational culture. - Expertise in general network and computer systems, including server, workstation, and network technologies.

- Ability to effectively use system management and security tools to deliver management and security services to customers on an on-going or ad-hoc basis
Technology Implementation:

- Ability to plan small and medium technology projects, including developing scopes of work, defining a bill of materials, establishing a plan of action, and executing the implementation
Key Criteria/Requirements
- 3 Years general system or network administration experience
- Familiarity with mainstream Microsoft business and enterprise technology
- Strong troubleshooting capabilities
- Strong verbal and written communication
Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Responding to and resolving customer service tickets within the defined SLA
- Implementation and upgrading of customer technology platforms
- Training team members on troubleshooting and technology implementation steps and process
Salary : $70,000 - $100,000
