Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a cohesive content strategy across MIRC’s brand portfolio to enhance social media presence and online engagement.
- Produce high-quality, long-form YouTube videos that effectively tell the story of each brand and resonate with target audiences.
- Create engaging short-form video content for social media platforms, including reels and stories
- Design visually compelling graphics, fliers, and promotional materials that align with brand style guides.
- Write and edit articles and blog posts to support brand messaging and SEO objectives.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure content aligns with overall company goals and priorities.
- Maintain a deep understanding of each brand’s tone, voice, and target audience to ensure consistency across all content.
- Plan and execute photography and videography projects, including scripting, shooting, and post-production editing.
- Monitor trends in digital and social media to incorporate best practices and innovative ideas into content strategies.
- Analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of content and make data-driven improvements.
- Assist with product photography overflow needs as required.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in content creation across multiple formats, including video, graphics, and written materials.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Experience in videography, photography, and video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent).
- Strong writing and editing skills, with experience creating engaging, SEO-friendly content.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
