Duties

- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow efficiently.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
- Perform 10 key typing for data entry tasks related to patient information and billing.
- Assist with medical collections and coding, ensuring proper documentation is maintained.
- Utilize Eaglesoft or similar systems for managing dental terminology and administrative support tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with dental receptionists and clinical staff to ensure seamless communication within the office.
Experience
- Previous experience in a medical or dental office setting is required.
- Familiarity with medical administrative support, coding practices, and dental terminology is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on patient satisfaction.
- Proficiency in using office systems and software relevant to medical practice operations.
