Unarmed Security Doorman

MIRO SECURITY is a specialized company with a focus on Security and Front of House Management, well known for providing an extremely high level of Hospitality Security. Our main fields of operation are Hotel Security; Nightlife Security and Medical Security.

We are currently recruiting for NIGHTLIFE GUARD/BOUNCER/DOORMAN for the Santa Monica area. MUST HAVE CLUB VENUE EXPERIENCE.

We pay more for unarmed than you probably get paid for armed.

Responsibilities:

- You have a background in hospitality;

- You are professional and courteous;

- You pride yourself on being reliable;

- You enjoy working as part of a team;

- You take pride in your appearance;

- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of the premises;

- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances;

- Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and prevent unauthorized access;

- Utilize conflict management skills to de-escalate tense situations effectively;

- Provide assistance and support to guests and employees as needed;

- Conduct regular surveillance and report any suspicious activities.

- Administer first aid when necessary and respond promptly to medical emergencies.

- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required.

- Maintain a high level of alertness and professionalism at all times.

All applicants must have the following:

- Valid permit to work in the United States;

- Excellent English (written and verbal);

- A valid Guard Card or have the ability to obtain a Guard Card;

- A smartphone (Apple or Android);

- Ability to stand a post for 8 hours or more without pain or fatigue;

- Must Have Club Venue Experience;

Education:

High school or equivalent

License/Certification: (Preferred)
