Summary
Full-service advertising agency Mirror Matter is seeking an experienced Account Director. In addition to working closely with Partners, you will be assisting and leading the Director of Accounts and Account Managers to ensure the effective and timely execution of all campaign elements for clients at one of Western New York’s fastest growing ad agencies. These clients range in verticals from lifestyle retail and foodservice to fintech and industrial manufacturing. This role reports to the Account Director, communicates directly with clients—often one-on-one—as well as the Mirror Matter Creative Team.
Responsibilities
- Manage and direct strategies for some of the agency’s largest clients.
- Work and communicate directly with the Mirror Matter Creative Team.
- Assist the Director of Accounts and Account Managers with new business proposals, client requests and timelines, project management, campaign reporting, and internal process communication.
- Interface with clients as a team member or solo, and communicate with these clients on a daily basis.
- Grow new business.
- Compile, analyze and present campaign analytics and success metrics.
Requirements
- 5 years of agency experience is preferred.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, and Data Studio.
- Aware of industry trends.
- Strong verbal and written communicator.
- Experience managing vendor relationships.
- Knowledge of Google Documents and Asana PM software.
- Bright, proactive, attentive, conscientious.
