Reports to : Marketing & Sales Enablement Specialist (Devon Mannix) and will also work closely with the CEO (Donna Shultz) and the President (Laurie Witte)

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES :

Implement lead scoring and nurturing strategies to move prospects through the sales funnel

Assist in developing and completing a comprehensive brand awareness strategy to increase MSM brand recognition and reach

Create engaging and shareable content that resonates with target audience

Track & analyze key brand metrics, such as social engagement and website traffic to measure success of initiatives Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and satisfaction (loyalty programs & personalized marketing campaigns)

Track due dates and write compelling submissions to achieve award winning designs

INDICATORS OF SUCCESSFUL PERFORMANCE :

Additional new business

New leads generated

Increased followers

Increased satisfaction & business with existing customers

Additional awards won

COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS :

Proven success with similar marketing accountabilities in past roles

Strong writing skills

Experience with tradeshows or in creative agency business

Core values alignment required

EXPERIENCE :

Manage multiple projects / priorities simultaneously while interacting with diverse groups

Proven ability to create compelling written pieces

Experience with RFP responses and client presentations

Salary range - $68,000 - $78,000 annually
