John & Molly's, a top-rated & award-winning neighborhood tavern in Eastampton, NJ, seeks a full-time Sous Chef to join our team.
Who we are : We are a family-owned tavern in a historic 19th-century building. We serve delicious and creatively prepared beverages, fresh seafood, steaks, sautés, and beers.
Candidate summary : The ideal candidate shows initiative and leadership and is simultaneously a great team player. You enjoy working in the hospitality industry.
This position is responsible for managing the BOH and cooking with our team on the line.

- 2 years minimum of previous Chef, Kitchen Manager, or Sous Chef experience in a casual bar / restaurant
- Food safety knowledge (certification preferred)
- Ordering & receiving, inventory
