- 2 years of previous Head Baker experience in a high-volume upscale casual or fine dining restaurant
- Previous artisan bread-making experience using starters
- Able to make yeasted, fermented, and laminated bread from scratch
- Natural leaving production baking experience
- Food safety knowledge (certification preferred)
- Ordering, receiving & inventory
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
