- Work with Key Account Manager to assist client with new product ideas and overall development
- Serve as a main and reliable point of contact for key account
- Serve as a main and reliable point of contact for suppliers whom produce for key account
- Work to anticipate account needs and provide high level of competency and customer service
- Ensure deadlines for account are met – be a driver!
- Coordinate supplier bill backs as needed
- Supports sales offers through coordinating sample deliveries from overseas
- Support rating submissions as it relates to key account product line
- Gather all information relating to current projects in pre-operation status to ensure smooth transition to planning and operations team for execution
- Serve as liaison for suppliers needing to complete safety and compliance audits per key accounts requirements
- Process and record accurate and detailed customer data
- Implement and monitor solution strategies
- Analyze and audit customer documents
- Acknowledge customer queries and complaints and be able to resolve the same
- Other duties as assigned by management
