As our Compliance Specialist, you will coordinate the preparation and completion of regulatory and compliance documents to ensure compliance documents meet federal, state, and local government requirements.
Responsibilities :
- File for Federal approval with the Tax and Trade Bureau
- Review and update systems daily with approvals and information
- Process TABC reports for company, company entities and affiliates
- Process Texas Comptroller Reports
- Process Out-of-State monthly reporting
- Update TABC license for all customers
- Update payment log for tax paying states
- Assist with new licensing for new locations
- File compliance requests with state and government agencies
- Provide COLA and Use Authorization Letters for Distributors
- Update tracking sheets with approval codes
- Review Inbound with TABC report, request necessary documents and input into system daily.
- Update TABC approvals for company affiliates in system
- Reviews TTB website daily and reports updates
- Adjust labels to apply for TTB approval
- Responds to request for review of labels.
- All other duties as assigned
