Misericordia is actively hiring for Program Trainer/Instructors for our Developmental Training program. As an Instructor/Trainer, you will develop lesson plans, goals and objectives through creating relationships with community partners, while interacting with ease and confidence. We are currently looking to hire full-time Program Trainer/Instructors- Developmental Training Program.

Qualifications
- DT Instructors (DTIs) and DT Trainers (DTTs) must have a minimum of one year experience working with persons with intellectual disabilities.
- DTIs and DTTs must be able to complete 4 weeks of training upon hire.
- Bachelor’s degree required for DTI position
- High school diploma required for DTT position.
- DTIs and DTTs will develop lesson plans, goals and objectives through creating relationships with community partners, while interacting with ease and confidence.
- Must have the ability to develop quality services for programs participants.
- Ability to demonstrate reliability, flexibility, adaptability, professionalism and work independently/without supervision.
