Job Overview :
The Offensive Line Coach will be expected to assist in all facets of directing and managing a successful football program to include a strong knowledge of football coaching strategies and oversee all aspects of team defense. Actively recruit quality potential student athletes. Ensure compliance with all NCAA and Misericordia rules and regulations. Analyzes performance and instructs student-athletes in game strategies and techniques to prepare them for athletic competition. Provides secure, hospitable recreational environment as it relates to athletic facilities on evenings and weekends. Provides leadership in preparing athletic facilities for practice and contests.
