Job Description :
We are looking for a Social Media Manager to help us create and post content that will turn engagement into leads.
Responsibilities :
- Create static and video content featuring MISH MASH Adventures
- Stay on top of viral trends and action them
- Using our CRM system, turn engaged viewers into leads
- Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities
- Work with our digital advertising partners to increase engagement
- Monitor and report on each platform's reach and engagement weekly
- Use A / B testing to find the highest converting content
- Attend weekly management team meetings and staff meetings providing updates and plans
- Attend meetings with digital marketing partners
Qualifications :
We are open to college students, recent grads, and people with real experience. We will also want to see samples of your work. Initially looking at 20-30 hours per week, if the workload requires and there are measurable results, we are open to expanding this to a full-time role.
