Misha's Cupcakes in Pembroke Pines is looking for a Store Manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and reliable.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Includes the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Motivate employees through constant communication and regular team meetings- Make sure customers receive exceptional customer service at all times
- Make sure our baked goods are baked and decorated according to Misha’s Cupcakes product standards
- Ensure the operations are in accordance with food safe and sanitation standards
- Oversee opening and closing procedures and processes (opening/closing shifts)
- Perform administrative duties including running reports with guidance from the General Manager
- Ensure team members greet, assist, provide efficient service and thank guests in a prompt, courteous, friendly and business-like manner in order to promote the company image as a service-oriented operation
- Supervise, train and develop team members in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Evaluate storefront conditions and operations to determine strengths and areas for improvement
- Ensure company standards for safety, proper food handling practices, sanitation and productivity are maintained
- Take lead and guide staff on product questions and offer assistance in finding or suggesting product selection to customers

2 years of retail/restaurant supervisor experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma , Associates degree or higher
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates of organization.
- Ability to understand and speak Spanish is a plus.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
