Job Duties:
Ensures a positive customer experience by providing courteous, and efficient customer service to customers and associates.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Includes the following. Other duties may be assigned
Greets, assists, provides efficient service and thanks customers in a prompt, courteous, friendly and business-like manner, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
Makes sure baked goods are displayed according to company standards.
Ensures that store operations are in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards.
Arrives to work promptly and in full uniform on your scheduled days to work
Ensures product quality by checking freshness, rotating products, and removing out-of-date products.
Maintains back stock in good order.
Operates and sanitizes all bakery equipment in a safe and proper manner.
Answers telephone calls with excellent phone etiquette and transfers calls to appropriate departments.
Cleans at the end of shift and when the storefront is not busy.

Ability to understand and speak Spanish is a plus.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
