Duties

- Assist in setting up and breaking down event spaces, ensuring all areas are clean and organized.
- Manage activities and ensure that all participants are engaged and safe.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly when required.
- Address any conflicts or issues that arise during events with professionalism and conflict management skills.
- Support food service operations, including serving food and beverages as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests, utilizing public speaking skills when necessary.
- Engage with children during family-oriented events, ensuring a fun and safe environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in guest services or customer service is preferred.
