What are the responsibilities and job description for the WIOA Career Coach position at MiSide?
POSITION SUMMARY:
This is a professional position that provides intensive case management services to all participants. The person in the position is also responsible for initial intake services. Refer participants for CASAS testing. Enroll in Training Programs as well as high school completion programs. Performs other related duties as required by job specifications. This position is under the general guidance and supervision of the Case Management Training Manager.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Services or related field
- Two years of Work Force Development experience preferred
- Knowledge of business and industry opportunities in the local market
- Valid MI license and meet agency’s insurance company’s standards for coverage
COMPENSATION:
$ 39,859 to $54,277 (Full-Time, Union)
