Responsibilities and Expectations
We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Planning Specialist to play a key role in analyzing sales data, market trends, and forecast accuracy to ensure customer demand is met while minimizing supply chain disruptions.
This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the S&OP process, including sales forecasting and production planning for Misionero's products.
- Lead the S&OP planning cycle with regular reviews of forecasts and production schedules
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, production, and supply chain teams to align supply and demand
- Analyze key customer accounts and historical sales data to highlight trends, identify risks/opportunities, and recommend forecast adjustments to support business objectives
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Demand Planning, S&OP, Supply Chain, or similar roles, preferably in the fresh produce or food industry. Proficiency in ERP systems, S&OP software, and data analysis tools is required.
