Digital Sales Associate

The Digital Sales Associate is a customer-centric focused position providing exceptional focus and attention to enhance the overall customer online sales experience. The Digital Sales Associate will guide the customer through the selection and buying experience.

Essential Job Functions

· Demonstrate the Miskelly Core Values by doing the right thing, being a humble servant, succeed together, win our customer’s heart and eliminate complexity

· Greet and assist customers online with Furniture, Mattress, and Home Accessory selection, while offering exceptional customer experience

· Act as a point of contact for online customers

· Negotiate terms of sales and agreements and closing sales with customers

· Gather market and customer information to figure out customer needs

· Respond to customer inquiries and resolve objections to help them make a purchase

· Provide customers with detail and accurate quotes and cost calculations

· Follow all policies and procedures

· Utilize all technology, dialogues, and customer follow-up processes during the selling and customer service process

· Meet goals and sales objectives

· Assist customers with finance options, payment method and delivery scheduling and

follow-up

· Complete all required paper and automated forms with accuracy

· Monitor all assigned reports daily

· Follow up on all open sales orders weekly and input changes or updates in Sales Order Comments

· Check assigned email and voice mail daily

· Return all customer calls promptly

· Follow up with leads

· Increase personal knowledge of products, sales techniques, and promotions through continuous training and development

· Attend all sales meetings, unless otherwise directed by management

· Participate in showroom wide cleaning and organizing as requested by management

· Keep assigned work area clean and neat

· Keep all customer information confidential and actively assist in protecting customer’s confidential information from any misuse or fraudulent act
