What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Assistant position at MISO Default Brand?
Starting Salary Range: $74,500-84,500 - position is also eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage a heavily scheduled executive’s calendar, resolve conflicts, anticipate meeting needs, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Develop and maintain an advanced system to prioritize emails, track deliverables, and align with key priorities.
- Draft emails, PowerPoint presentations, and business correspondence for senior leadership.
- Plan and oversee large-scale in-house meetings, outreach events, and office activities, ensuring all logistics, technology, and catering needs are met.
- Research, book, and coordinate weekly executive travel; submit and track expenses and sponsorships.
- Develop a deep understanding of the department’s role within MISO, anticipate trends, and provide recommendations on workflow efficiency.
What we are looking for:
- Experience supporting an, Executive Director, VP, or other executive level position
- Previous energy industry experience (preferred)
