We are seeking a talented Engineer II Resource Adequacy, to take ownership of the Planning Reserve Auction schedule, ensuring milestones are met and progress remains on track. You’ll be responsible for tracking where we stand at any point in the process and effectively communicating updates to stakeholders.
As an Engineer II in Resource Adequacy, you will lead efforts in monitoring a high-visibility process, communicating status updates, and working with stakeholders. Additionally, you may contribute to in-depth data analytics to uncover resource adequacy trends and patterns, offering insights and developing automated visualizations to aid decision-making.

In one year as our Engineer II Resource Adequacy, you will know you’ve been successful if you:
- Develop a strong understanding of the Planning Reserve Auction (PRA) and its key components.
- Lead and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, driving and communicating progress on Resource Adequacy along the PRA's annual timeline.
- Perform in-depth data analytics using statistical methods and visualize results through tools like Tableau to identify trends in resource portfolios.
- Execute Resource Adequacy processes using a variety of tools, including but not limited to Astrape SERVM and PowerGEM TARA.
We are looking for talented professionals who hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in one of several engineering disciplines. Please refer to the list below for the qualifying degrees.
