What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr Compensation Analyst position at MISO Default Brand?
Starting Salary Range: $109,000-127,000 - position is also eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help lead the enterprise-wide annual compensation planning cycle.
- Develop and manage base salary structures, incentive plans, and equity programs.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to keep our company competitive.
- Ensure compliance with compensation regulations and internal pay practices.
- Analyze compensation data and generate reports to guide senior leadership decisions.
- Support HR Business Partners and managers with compensation-related inquiries.
- Prepare materials for executive compensation reviews and board presentations.
- Oversee job evaluations, salary frameworks, and compensation databases.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and leadership to align compensation with business objectives.
What we are looking for…
- Strong expertise in compensation planning, benchmarking, and job evaluation.
- Experience preparing board materials and supporting executive compensation reviews.
- Proficiency in Excel, HRIS systems, and compensation software.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.

- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
