Context
We’re looking for a driven and relentlessly organized Chief of Staff to partner directly with our leadership team. This is a high-impact role for a strategic generalist who thrives in (truly) fast-paced environments, operates with precision, and loves turning vision into execution.
We’re building for scale—from the first 50 users to the next 50,000.
As Chief of Staff, you’ll act as a force multiplier—keeping the team aligned, and the business moving forward with speed and clarity. You’ll lead strategic initiatives, own cross-functional projects, manage company-wide operating rhythms, and be at the intersection of product, growth, business development, and marketing.

What You’ll Do
- Be a trusted partner to the CEO—triaging priorities, driving alignment, and interacting with companies that can lead to partnership opportunities.
- Lead strategic and operational projects that don’t have a clear owner but are mission-critical.
- Own internal communications, exec meetings, and strategic planning cadences.
- Unblock bottlenecks, remove friction, and help the business scale smoothly.
- Step in wherever needed—from hiring ops to product feedback to investor prep.

- 3-7 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or early-stage startups.
- A fast thinker and even faster executor—you connect dots, anticipate problems, and move quickly.
- Master of organization and communication—you bring clarity to chaos and know how to craft a crisp message.

- Deep understanding of user behavior.

Salary : $160,000 - $200,000
