Duties
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality and service.
- Manage kitchen operations including food preparation, inventory control, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Lead, train, and mentor staff to deliver exceptional service while fostering teamwork and collaboration.
- Coordinate banquet services and special events, ensuring seamless execution from planning to service.
- Utilize POS systems for efficient order processing and financial tracking.
- Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process to build a skilled team.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance restaurant visibility and attract new customers.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a General Manager role or similar leadership position within the fine dining sector.
