Kitchen Help/Van Driver

Responsibilities

• Assist in meal preparation and cooking according to established recipes and guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils.
• Support the team in food service tasks, including plating and serving meals.
• Help with inventory management by checking stock levels and assisting with ordering supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient operation during peak service times.
• Follow all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience for customers.
• Participate in catering events as required, contributing to menu planning and execution.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the food industry or culinary environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in meal presentation and kitchen cleanliness.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• A passion for providing excellent customer service through quality food preparation and presentation.
