How You Will Make an Impact
The Academic Enrichment Program (AEP) Online Technician supports education and administration staff in creating and maintaining files for student work. This position will organize, retrieve, and review documents for accuracy, and report findings to management. This position will perform functions of data input, correspondence, communication, and maintain a student tracking spreadsheet. This position reports to the School Principal or Seasonal Online Leadership or designee.

Call Center:
- Clear communication skills.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times.
- Responding promptly to emails, phones calls, and messages.
- Communicating with others through various means of communication.
- Knowing all aspects of program to answer questions.
- Communicating and coordinating with other OSTs when necessary.
- Document all communication in SIS.
- Provide registration link for enrollment.
- Maintain Pre-Enrollment Master List.
- Fish! Philosophy must be incorporated.
Admission Team:
- Oversee registration process and application completion.
- Prepare, send, and obtain enrollment documents via DocuSign.
- Review and verify accuracy for completed enrollment forms.
- Create students folders.
- Enroll students and assign supervising teachers.
- Assign students courses.
- Send and Collect Student Learning Logs.
Compliance Team:
- Organize student folders by teacher.
- Check Student Learning Logs for accuracy and verify student daily attendance.
- Communicate daily with Management and other team members.
- Print and organize transcript for school delivery.
- Print and review compliance documents for accuracy.
- Attend teacher close out appointments to collect Supervising Teacher and Highly Qualified Teacher signatures.
- Perform administrative duties, responsibilities, and activities as assigned. These may be changed or modified from time to time.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma is required.
- 1-2 years of clerical and administrative experience in fast-paced office setting.
- Intermediate level of skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other technology applications.
- Ability to travel in performance of job duties is required.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull objects weighing up to 10 pounds.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Mental Demands: medium workflow management, medium project coordination, and medium people engagement.
- Finger Dexterity: primarily using the fingers to make small movements such as typing, picking up small objects, or pinching fingers together.
- Talking: especially where one must convey detailed or important instructions or ideas accurately, loudly, or quickly.

- Average Visual Abilities: normal acuity necessary to prepare or inspect documents and operate office equipment.
