Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver compliant, high-quality, and cost-effective health care, achieving positive clinical outcomes and satisfaction among patients, families, and staff in your assigned unit.
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to ensure adequate nursing coverage for safe patient care.
- Provide guidance and supervision to non-professional unit staff, fostering a positive working environment.
- Identify staff educational needs and create training programs in conjunction with the Nurse Educator.
- Oversee medication management, ensuring proper supply levels and compliance with company policy for medication handling.
- Engage in direct patient care alongside other nursing staff to maintain clinical skills.
