What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Clerk position at Mission Auto & Truck Sales?
As our new Office Clerk, you will be the first-person our customers see when walking into our dealership. So, we need someone with a winning attitude, reliable, and professional. While we prefer someone with experience, candidates with great potential will also be considered. We have been in business for nearly 30 years and going strong! Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be punctual.
- Must be Bi-Lingual (English & Spanish).
- Must be comfortable with answering phone & calling customers.
Experience
- Experience working in an office setting, answering phones, and working with a computer is strongly preferred but not needed as we are willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities
Some of the responsibilities and duties are:
- Understand and follow office processes and procedures.
- Perform clerical duties such as typing, proofreading, data entry, filing, photocopying, faxing, and sorting mail.
- Taking payments over the phone and in person. Must be able to count cash correctly.
- Receive visitors and obtain name and nature of business.
- Answering phone and direct them to the appropriate team member for assistance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $9.00 - $13.00 per hour
