Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Catering Captain at MISSION BBQ in West Palm Beach, FL. The Catering Captain will be responsible for supervising catering events, providing excellent food service, ensuring customer satisfaction, effective communication, and managing food & beverage operations.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills: Ability to lead and coordinate catering events
- Food Service: Experience in food preparation and catering services
- Customer Service: Strong focus on customer satisfaction and interactions
- Communication: Clear and effective communication skills
- Food & Beverage: Knowledge of food and beverage operations
- Experience in event planning and catering management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Food safety certification is a plus
