The Barback Role at Mission Beach House
We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Barback to join our team. As a Barback, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare the restaurant for service by maintaining shift par levels on all bottles, beer, mixers, juices, and fruit garnishes.
- Keep all service wells stocked with ice and maintain a clean work area behind and adjacent to the bar.
- Complete daily and weekly side work on a consistent basis.
- Assist other staff members as needed and complete additional tasks assigned by management.
- Communicate any problems or issues to management promptly.
Accountabilities:
- Treat all guests with a positive and professional attitude, promoting our high-quality products and services.
- Take actions that prioritize the guest's best interest to build new business and avoid complaints.
- Maintain adherence to all barback expectations as defined in the training manual.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and ability to read, understand, and speak English fluently.
- Able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
