Our client is seeking a CNO Developer to support a U.S. Government customer by providing technical expertise for mission-critical software and systems. This full-time position involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining custom capabilities across various platforms in support of a large government contract.
Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a team of developers on Unix, Windows, or Mobile capabilities, contributing to the design, development, testing, and maintenance of CNO capabilities.
- Design custom software tools and techniques on multiple platforms.
- Collaborate with customers to understand and adapt to changing requirements.
- Develop documentation for operating and supporting software and techniques.
- Mentor junior developers to enhance team capability.
Must Have's:
- Active or reinstateable TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance.
- U.S. Citizenship.
- 6 years of experience and a Bachelor of Science degree (or related field), or 10 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
- Strong independent and team-working abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in C/C and Python development.
- Experience in developing Windows or Unix applications.
- Strong understanding of OS internals and network protocols.
- Familiarity with modern software engineering concepts.
Location: Annapolis Junction, Maryland
Salary: $115,000 to $190,000
