Our client is seeking a Post-Acute/Skilled Care Administrator to lead and oversee skilled care operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with regulatory standards. This senior-level role is responsible for strategic planning, department management, and fostering a professional work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing home leadership and a commitment to excellence in patient care.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement skilled care goals, plans, and standards aligned with clinical, administrative, legal, and ethical objectives.
- Direct and evaluate departmental operations, including patient care delivery, service levels, information technologies, and complaint management.
- Manage staffing activities, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and professional development initiatives.
- Oversee budgeting processes, monitor financial performance, and ensure compliance with allocated funding.
- Coordinate and direct internal and external audits.
- Foster an environment of professional growth and development within the department.
- Ensure the department plays an integral role in the continuum of care.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Active Nursing Home Administrator’s license in the State of Tennessee.
- Previous nursing home leadership experience (minimum of 3 years preferred).
- Master’s degree in healthcare administration or a related field.

Salary Range: $101,171 – $136,593 (USD)
