Our client is seeking a Full-Time Family Medicine Physician to join a well-established and supportive practice. This position offers the opportunity to provide exceptional care in an ambulatory setting, alongside a collaborative team that includes 4 Physicians, 1 Physician Assistant, and 1 Nurse Practitioner. The practice uses the EPIC EMR system, ensuring a seamless workflow across the hospital and clinic.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care to patients in an outpatient, family medicine setting.
- Work collaboratively with a strong support team and practice administrator.
- Establish and maintain a patient panel quickly due to the practice's strong reputation.
- Participate in a shared call rotation to promote work-life balance.
- Utilize on-site hospital lab services to enhance patient care.
- Leverage advanced technology, including DAX Copilot, to streamline documentation.
Must Have's:
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
- A valid Pennsylvania medical license or eligibility to obtain one before employment.
- New graduates and candidates coming out of training are encouraged to apply.
Nice to Have's:
- Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care in a collaborative environment.
- Proficiency in using EMR systems, particularly EPIC, is a plus but not required.
