Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist to join their rehabilitation team. This mid-level role requires providing patient-centered care to individuals with physical disabilities. The ideal candidate will assess patients’ functional needs, develop treatment goals, and implement tailored therapy plans. This position offers a competitive salary, a $15,000 sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and a supportive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Patient Assessment: Conduct objective and quantifiable evaluations of patients’ functional status, including cognitive, motor, self-care, and daily living skills.
- Treatment Planning: Develop measurable and realistic treatment outcome goals based on patient needs and conditions.
- Therapy Implementation: Design and execute dynamic treatment plans to achieve established goals, ensuring consistency and continuity for optimal clinical response.
- Developmentally Appropriate Care: Provide care tailored to the age and developmental status of the patients.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Must Haves:
- Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy curriculum with a minimum of a bachelor's degree.
- Licensure to practice Occupational Therapy in the State of Idaho (candidates may apply before licensure or graduation).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Previous experience in acute care settings.

Schedule Options
- Acute Rehab Unit Only: Tuesday-Saturday (five 8-hour shifts) or Wednesday-Saturday (four 10-hour shifts).
- Acute Rehab/Inpatient Units: Same schedule as above, split evenly between units.
Salary: $78,000–$117,020 (based on experience).
- Sign-On Bonus: $15,000.
- Relocation Package: Full relocation assistance available.
Shift Differentials
- Evening Shift (3:00 PM–11:30 PM): 8%.
- Night Shift (11:00 PM–7:30 AM): 11%.
(No weekend differential applies.)
