Our client is seeking two Clinical Informatics Analysts to support their Electronic Health Record (EHR) implementation and solutions. The ideal candidates will bring technical expertise, healthcare knowledge, and strong documentation skills to this critical role.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, configure, implement, and support the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system in compliance with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) guidelines and established project management and quality standards.
- Document and analyze workflow processes based on health standards and implementations.
- Provide technical leadership and training, including software design documentation and support for staff and end-users.
- Customize and evaluate system configurations to align with business and healthcare workflows.
- Assist with creating software design documents and diagrams.
- Support the implementation of agile development methodologies and ensure technical compliance.
Must Haves:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in system analysis, design, development, configuration, and support.
- Proficient in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) methodologies.
- Strong documentation skills, including workflow processes and system configurations.
- Experience providing technical training and support in healthcare settings.
- Direct experience with system/technical configuration.
Nice to Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Health Informatics, or a related field (relevant experience may substitute for education).
- Experience in healthcare administration, business administration, or electronic healthcare technology.
Location: Richmond, VA
On-site role: 4 days per week
Salary: $35 - $38/hour or from an annual perspective $72,800 - $79,040
