Responsibilities:
- Provide patient-centered care in a surgical unit, ensuring quality and safety.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Utilize critical thinking and specialized training to address complex patient needs.
- Maintain compliance with all nursing and hospital policies.
- Document patient care accurately and effectively.
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts and professional development activities.
Must Haves:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Active Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
- RN Residents: Newly licensed RNs with 12 months of experience or less.
- Acute Care RNs: At least 1 year of nursing experience in a hospital acute care setting.
