Our client is seeking a skilled and dynamic Technical Project Manager to lead and oversee various technical projects, ensuring the successful implementation of project initiatives in alignment with organizational goals. This hybrid role primarily allows for remote work, with occasional in-person meetings required in Richmond, VA.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate project timelines and deliverables, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Ensure efficient resource allocation and manage project updates to align with organizational objectives.
Facilitate steering committee meetings and maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including System Office IT staff, system owners, and college staff.
Lead technical enterprise system projects, ensuring stakeholder needs are communicated, understood, and met.
Must Haves:
Proven experience leading technical enterprise system projects involving various stakeholder groups.
Active PMP certification (mandatory). Must upload PMP certification to confirm eligibility.
Minimum of 6 years of experience with Agile project management methodology.
Minimum of 6 years of experience leading PeopleSoft HCM or other ERP projects.
Minimum of 5 years of experience with PeopleSoft HCM (version 9.2).
Nice to Haves:
Experience with Virginia state Cardinal systems.
Prior experience working with VA state agencies.
Location: Richmond, VA (Hybrid role with occasional in-person meetings).
Salary: $46 - $49/hr or from an annual perspective $95,680 - $101,920
