Our client is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join their inpatient rehabilitation unit. This mid-level role focuses on helping patients recover as fully as possible and regain independence following injury or illness.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients' conditions and develop individualized treatment plans to aid recovery.
Provide physical therapy treatments and track patient progress daily.
Communicate patient progress and challenges to supervisors and team members.
Document care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accrediting standards.
Instruct patients' families and nursing staff on follow-through programs to ensure continuity of care.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to professional standards and regulations.
Perform responsibilities in compliance with organizational codes and applicable state and federal laws.
Handle additional duties as assigned.
Must Haves:
Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in Kansas.
Current CPR certification.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Nice to Haves:
Experience in an inpatient rehab setting.
Location: Hays, Kansas
Salary: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00
