Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager of Surgical Services (RN) to lead and manage the clinical and operational activities of surgical patient care units. The Manager will oversee all aspects of unit operations while fostering a patient-centered and empowering work environment.
Responsibilities :
- Provide overall management and leadership for a surgical services unit or group of units within Nursing Services.
- Oversee clinical and operational activities, ensuring high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve unit goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and staff satisfaction.
- Manage resources, including staff, budgets, and supplies, to ensure operational efficiency.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
- Mentor and support nursing staff, fostering professional growth and development.
