Our client is seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist to join their healthcare team. The Respiratory Therapist will assess patients' conditions and evaluate data to determine the appropriateness of prescribed respiratory care. This role involves developing and delivering respiratory care plans in accordance with department policies and procedures. Patient populations will include NICU, Peds, MICU, SICU, and ED.
Responsibilities:
Assess patients and evaluate data to determine appropriate respiratory care.
Develop and deliver individualized respiratory care plans.
Provide care to NICU, Peds, MICU, SICU, and ED patients.
Adhere to department policies and procedures.
Work various shifts including nights (12-hour shifts), evenings (8-hour shifts), and rotating day/evening schedules.
Some positions offer a 7-on/7-off work schedule.
Weekend and holiday shifts required as per schedule.
Must Haves:
Post High School Diploma Program completion.
Relevant experience in respiratory therapy.
CPR Certification.
PA Respiratory Therapist License.
NBRC Respiratory Therapist Registered (RRT) certification.
Will consider Certified Respiratory Therapists (CRTs).
BLS, ACLS, & PALS certification (to be obtained within 6-12 months of hire or transfer).
Nice to Haves:
Strong clinical assessment skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
Experience working in NICU, Peds, MICU, SICU, or ED settings.

Salary: $61,000 to $90,000
