Our client is seeking a skilled and compassionate Respiratory Therapist to join their team on the night shift. This role is responsible for providing high-quality respiratory care services in accordance with physician orders, department policies, and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient-centered care. Responsibilities : Provide respiratory care services as prescribed by physicians. Monitor and assess patients' respiratory status and adjust treatment plans accordingly. Operate and maintain respiratory therapy equipment. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans. Educate patients and families on respiratory care procedures and treatments. Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments and treatments. Perform other duties as assigned. Must Haves : Current State of Texas Respiratory Therapist Licensure (RRT or CRT) Graduate of an AMA-approved School of Respiratory Therapy BLS Certification required ACLS and PALS required within 6 months of hire Nice to Haves : NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation) preferred Three or more years of experience in all aspects of respiratory care preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Location :   Paris, TX Salary Range : $44,000 - $55,000  Signing Bonus : $10,000 Shift Differentials : $2.00 evenings, $3.00 nights, $2.00 weekends Relocation Package : Full Comprehensive Benefits Package : Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life Insurance Retirement Plan Paid Time Off Additional perks available Mission Box Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
