Our client is seeking a Charge Registered Nurse (RN) for their surgical department. Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the surgical unit to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all applicable healthcare standards and policies.
- Provide direct patient care as needed, ensuring a high standard of safety and quality.
Must Haves:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification upon hire.
- 1 year of nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Active RN license in the state of hire and other applicable locations.
Nice to Haves:
- Experience in surgical or acute care nursing.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Location: Portland, OR
Salary: $97,194 to $131,508 per year.
