We're seeking an office manager to join our team and lead the charge in implementing and maintaining the operational framework that fuels our success.
As our Chiropractic Office Manager, your work is dynamic, with responsibilities that include overseeing a dedicated team of front desk staff, orchestrating patient appointments, managing billing and insurance processes, and providing patient support. You'll also play a key role in personnel and HR tasks and collaborating with our Managing Doctor to coordinate office functions. Your daily contributions are pivotal in ensuring our practice runs smoothly, remains prosperous, and contributes to the well-being of our patients through holistic healthcare.
How you’ll make a difference:
- Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and Chiropractic board standards
- Assist Doctor in supervising the non-clinical staff within the Chiropractic practice
- Work collaboratively with other members of the team to provide exceptional patient care
- Greets patients, answering any questions they may have and helping them fill out the required forms in a friendly and helpful manner
- Answers all incoming calls promptly and efficiently
- Manages incoming and outgoing mail and email
- Maintains inventory of office supplies, forms and patient packets
- Maintains patient health records system
- Manages scheduling of patient appointments
- Coordinate and manage the activities of front desk team members
- Monitor daily performance of front desk team members to ensure duties are completed accurately, efficiently, and timely.
- Follow procedures regarding scheduling, new patients, recalls & wellness care.
- Assist in training team members, when needed, on office procedures & functions
Qualifications:
· Competency in Office Management and preference for individuals with experience in a medical field, preferably in Chiropractic or Physical Therapy.
· Experience working with Medical Billing & insurance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office business applications
- Associates’ degree preferred
Days of Operation: 40 hours per week as follows: Monday 8AM to 7PM, Wednesday 8:30AM to 7PM, Thursdays 8:30AM to 7PM, Fridays 8AM to 5PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
