Responsibilities

- Monitor patient care activities, ensuring adherence to best practices in acute care settings.
- Conduct regular reviews of documentation to maintain accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Utilize data management techniques to analyze performance metrics and improve operational efficiency.
- Provide leadership and support to staff, fostering a collaborative work environment that encourages professional development.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient monitoring processes and outcomes.
- Ensure that all practices align with HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting, preferably in assisted living or acute care environments.
- Strong knowledge of infection control practices, microbiology, and patient monitoring techniques.
- Proficiency in data management and documentation review processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with staff, patients, and families.
- Familiarity with MDS (Minimum Data Set) assessments is preferred.
- A commitment to continuous improvement and high-quality patient care.
- Relevant certifications or degrees in healthcare administration or related fields are advantageous.
- MUST have hospital setting experience
