- Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with MCG's business goals.
- Drive MCG brand strategy along with co-branded strategies across manufacturing companies
- Oversee the creation and execution of marketing initiatives across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of the brand guide, ensuring all design elements are consistent and align with the company's branding strategy.
- Support acquisition brand strategy to ensure seamless integration and alignment with overall brand objectives.
- Strategically plan and coordinate the company's participation in trade shows and industry events, ensuring impactful presence, effective networking opportunities, and alignment with overall marketing and business objectives. Conduct thorough post-event analysis to evaluate success, gather insights, and inform future event strategies.
- Oversee and edit the MCG brand websites and vendors, ensuring content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with the MCG branding strategy.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, partners, and customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
- Foster and create a collaborative and innovative work environment across all MCG brands.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Establish and track key metrics for success evaluation, such as lead generation, brand visibility, and return on investment.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
