MCS is hiring for an Audio-Visual Sales Associate position in Tampa, FL area. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits.
The Audio-Visual Sales Associate must demonstrate strong sales skills and an existing network in the Tampa Bay area. The Audio-Visual Sales Associate will require good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting. It is important that candidates keep abreast of industry trends and developments, as well as applicable Government regulations.
Typical duties include :
- Identifying and engaging with contractors to promote our Audio-Visual capabilities using Outside Sales techniques.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with end users, and government entities.
- Understanding project requirements and providing suitable solutions.
- Collaborating with internal teams to develop accurate and competitive project quotes.
- Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations.
- Monitoring project bidding opportunities and attending networking events.
- Tracking and reporting sales activities, pipeline, and progress to the Sales Manager and through Sales Force.
Required :
Educational Requirements : Bachelor’s Degree Preferred, High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant experience.
Experience Requirements :
5 years of outside technical sales experience. (No AV Sales experience required)The ability to communicate with CTO, CIO, Directors of Technology and IT Managers about the solutions MCS offers.Experience in working a network event for leads and contacts.Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with a network of stakeholders at all levels.The ability to grab the attention of an audience / client during a sales presentation.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Coachability, we are looking for someone willing to learn and adapt.Mission Critical Solutions (MCS) is a leading-edge technology solutions provider headquartered in Tampa, Florida.
